Stay at your own risk - this is a heartless company. Our pet dog fell from a 3rd-story balcony, and had to be euthanized as a result of negligent property maintenance on the part of the owners (an unsecured railing board). She (the dog) broke her spine and severed her spinal cord in the fall - which occurred in front of 6, 3 and 1 year-old children. The only thing GOOD about this rental co. is the girl that answers the phone and takes messages (Penny). A number of incidents occurred during my vacation week and were handled slowly by realty co. or not at all. No hot water for day and half. No TV for 4 days. No internet for 4 days. At end of stay I mentioned that I felt a refund of some of the rent should be reimbursed. I was told to read my contract there are no refunds!! I will never use this company again or recommend them.
