Appalling service throughout. Terrible on the initial phone call meaning multiples journeys and wasted petrol, very poor customer service and then it appears that once they have purchased a car from you they use it and get PCNs while seemingly uninsured. I would avoid
Prudential Motors sold me the cheapest car I've ever seen for sale at a dealership. I didn't expect much out of it, but the staff at prudential motors gave me plenty of time alone with the car, had a full service history, and answered every question I had - providing receipts as evidence where needed, so I felt quite safe taking the gamble on it. 1 year and 10,000 miles later, it's passed its MOT with no advisories and should last a good few more years. I can't believe the deal I got here!
Appallingly bad!!! Bought a car from them several months ago and sold them our old car. We have have no received PCNs and warnings about uninsured driving for the car they still own. Disgraceful behaviour
