Absolutely the worst customer service. In person help was next to useless. Telephone customer service was useless. No understanding from the company that they are dealing with someone's personal finances. Zero attention to detail resulting in a drawn out and convoluted process in receiving funds. If you value your money and ever want to see it again, this is not the company you want to deal with.
