Insurance agent Vikki Lai Pik Har was absolutely unprofessional. Not only she was reluctant to facilitate simple task with retrieving documents, she was unreasonablu preforming process with non relevant information. Think twice before committing services, of course company has no issue with selling insurance, but imagine if it is this difficult to simply obtain a policy reference, how difficult would it be to file a claim?
