When looking for a house, the prudential agent tried to take advantage of my being a first time buyer. I caught him in a number of lies and he even tried to represent both the seller and me the buyer so he would get the entire 6% commission. I dont think an agent can be fair if the seller wants him to sell the place for as much as they can get and yet the buyer wants the lowest price. I would never trust these guys in a million years. Stay away.
Prudential Realtors The feeling I got from speaking with one of there agents was that they are only doing it for the money. They do not care how you really feel and they are just fake. I did not appreciate the way they treated me. I wouldn't recommend them to buy or sell your house.
