Rude, disrespectful, will not answer the phone, and the doctor Sarah Phillips will laugh at you if you express concerns. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I made a virtual appointment for a new recurring health concern. At 7pm the day before my appointment I was told I would have to come into the office and do labs.
