Warning! This was my experience with Prudent Law Firm. I hired them in February to negotiate on my behalf and was required to pay a $5,000 retainer upfront. After requesting a few details, Dennis went silent. When I called to complain, he apologized, then disappeared again. Two months later, I received a $2,500 invoice for "understanding my case," despite no meaningful work being performed. I can write a novel about the insurmountable stress and inconvenience this firm has caused me because of a very costly adminstrative error but I'll keep it short, don't take your chances with Prudent Law to handle what is likely the most important transaction of your life. They took accountability for their mistake but refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I am still waiting for a response to my email correspondence from the owner. The owner stopped replying to me unfortunately. Very disappointed to say the least.

I had a very disappointing experience during an initial consultation with Dennis. Within the first five minutes of the call, he came across with a clear attitude that immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. Rather than taking the time to understand our situation, he asked only two or four brief questions and didn’t seem interested in listening any further or properly assessing our needs. Aena and her team were great to work with. They helped us with our latest mortgage renewal. She took the time to meet with us remotely and explain all the legalities of our mortgage contract very clearly. Will be looking to use prudent law for future renewals.

We had such a positive experience working with Aena and Tamanna from Prudent Law. They helped us with the closing on the sale and purchase of our home. They were always in communication with us. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they such incredible work. On the signing day, Aena went through all the details with us in great length. We were happy that we chose them, and we would definitely go back to them for a future home purchase/sale.
