I really love Dr.Prudencio and his staff. They are a very quaint, but professional office, nestled in beautiful Welaka, Florida. They make you feel like you have known them forever. Dr.Prudencio is very thorough,and will patiently sit and hear what you have to say. Also,he and his wife are so Sweet. There's never a long wait like other doctor's offices.I definitely recommend him!!!
Everyone from the front desk to the Dr and his wife are very nice and caring people.
i love the receptionists miss glades is very nice and professional they are very nice and very professional i would recommend them to any one! they care about there patients and always treat us like family.
Receptionist was extremely unprofessional when answering the phone. It sounded as if I was an inconvenience to her. I asked to make an appointment as a new patient and she asked me if I had ever been seen there before (I guess she didn't understand what I meant by "new patient"). When she asked me what medications I took, she said "we aren't taking new patients, bye" and promptly hung up the phone before I could explain what I needed to be seen for.
