Please call someone else for this work. 05/26 I found out I had a major water leak. Out of desperation I called PRS and hired they to start with because the guy was nice and they are local. The first guy came out accessed my damage, told me I would be receiving two quotes one for remediation and another for construction. The remediation quote came within a day or two and then PRS started the job a week later. The Remediation's team goal was to remove all wet or damaged surfaces. My crawl space flooded from a broken pipe over the 4th of July of all days to have a plumbing disaster! When I spoke to John at PRS he reassured me that they would absolutely help to clean up the mess. He came to my home and assessed the damage and started right away with a plan to take care of everything necessary to restore order. His technicians came every day to check on the status of the crawl space and vacuuming water and adjusting fans to dry up the area.
