great team from roofers to office staff !
They were quick and patient when we hit concerns, explain the process and kept the word. My only concern was that they came and did the work without alerting us that they were there to do the work, which is why we did have concerns and doubts about the work being done. However, they were able to back up their claims with pictures in a timely manner, and I would definitely hire them again
This is my second house that I have replaced the roof on. Prrotect has done an amazing job on both. I was pleased with the how everything was handled from the way they took care of the insurance company to the clean up after. I recommend this company to all my friends.
Tim and the team were great. From the first call, where someone spent an hour on the phone with me patiently answering all my questions, to the execution of the work and cleaning up, Prrotect Roofing was outstanding. They insulated and put TPO on part of our roof and replaced several skylights. We've noticed a huge improvement on hot days—our top floor used to get so hot without insulation, and now it stays much cooler. The heat retention on cold days is better too.
