Ordered their shifter for the GTO. Got to the 4th week and wanted an update in case I needed to change shipping address. No response after 4 days and seeing a bad review of the shifter from just last year got me spooked as I'm in Australia and cannot have the same happen to me so I opened a paypal case. I get an email response from them the next day. They offered to refund and I accepted. Except they didn't... I had to wait 2 weeks for paypal to review and refund.

Purchased a MGW P short shifter for my GTO and had it installed to find it did not allow the car to go into any of the odd gears. I ended up putting the stock one back on to get around. I sent multiple emails to try to find a solution for the shifter not working to which I did not get a reply. Ended up buying a different short shifter and before I had him install the new one, i had him try the MGWP one AGAIN and it still did not work while the other short shifter I bought worked perfectly.
