We trusted this company to replace our hot water system when it unexpectedly failed. Because it was an urgent situation, we accepted the quote without shopping around. Later, we discovered that other licensed plumbers were charging significantly less for the same or a very similar system. We feel we paid far more than we should have. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before proceeding
