We have been calling and leaving messages for sports acceleration for weeks with no return call. Come to find out they shut down the program and let all the staff go. But we didn’t learn that from them in a return to our voicemail. We had to find that out on our own by contacting one of the previous staff members. Their customer relations are absolute garbage and embarrassing for a business to treat customers this way. If your program is shut down, fix your website so people know. Have been going to Proximal for a couple of years now. Really like how nice everything is, and how it is usually very quiet and easy to get on the equipment that I want. The one thing with some of the treadmills at the Divide Ave location, is sometimes when I am running, the treadmill will randomly stop without warning and then cycle through a restart which takes > 5 minutes. I joined Proximal late last summer, looking for a venue and expertise to help me get back in shape. With my extensive travel and busy schedule, I really needed a someone to help me to meet or exceed my goals. I decided to go with a personal trainer and have been working with Dusty. I couldn't be happier with Dusty, he is very knowledgeable and really zeros in on the best workout for you. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
