I absolutely love living at Proxima! The layout of a one-bedroom suite is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The suite looks really modern and I can't hear any neighbors - the noise insulation seems to be very good. The location is just perfect—close to everything I need. The staff are kind, and super responsive! Highly recommended!
Prompt response to service requests is a linchpin to a great REIT. I appreciate the quickness and thoroughness of the property service team at Proxima.
Good stuff: Clean building, pet friendly, great A/C, fast internet, consistent power and water. Good appliances. Watch out for: City noises, near a major road so occasional siren or loud engine (muscle car/motor bike)
