I called only to have some information about some services. According to the answers I received and the way that the person who I spoke with treated me, I think I do not need to go there. First impressions are always important, and sometimes you lose clients without seeing them. There are many places offering the same services, then why not to be as much polite and nice as possible with somebody over the phone in order to attract one client more that will engage with your pharmacy for all services???
