Depuis plusieurs années, je suis extrêmement choyer d'être cliente chez Proxim de Alexandre. L'écoute et le service sont impeccables, et leur proximité avec leur clientèle est vraiment exceptionnelle et d'une aide extrêmement précieuses pour moi et ma famille. I entered Proxim and within a few minutes of browsing quietly, I was abruptly and not too politely told to place my shopping bag at the back of the store. I complied to the odd request, after all I don’t look like a teen who is about to shoplift. I quietly began to text my friends. I was not loud, nor in anyone’s way. My elderly mother went into the store. She was immediately asked to leave her bag at the front service desk. She complied and walked around the store slowly as she has difficulty walking. French is not her first language so she looked something up on her cellphone to get the proper translation. While she was looking something up on her phone, the lady behind the counter with short reddish/brown hair asked her to leave the store.
