Je partage 3 étoiles parce que jusqu’à mardi tout se passait normalement. Pour un an je dois commander le lait de ma fille et la logistique a toujours été compréhensible sur les livraisons. Lundi 01juin 2026 j’appelle pour commander les poudres et j’ai au bout du fil j’ai une personne qui ne parle qu’anglais sachant que moi je ne suis pas bilingue j’ai quand même compris qu elle me disait avec insistance QUE LES LIVRAISONS NE SONT PAS ÉLIGIBLES POUR LE LAIT SIMILAC. When I've switched pharmacies in the past they always seemed to lose at least one of my prescriptions, so when I moved and switched to this one I politely asked the owner/pharmacist, Alexandre Rudnicki, why this was so: more or less hinting to please be careful. In the coldest tone possible, he suggested that maybe I should stop switching pharmacies.
