Jose Guerro and Proworks are just trying to take money. We hired them to service multiple properties for snow services. Proworks provided a contract but wanted to charge us for snow services that weren’t needed because it didn’t even snow or icing. They also didn’t respect the service trigger in the contract. We had them salt one time and they overloaded our properties with a cheap rock salt and the conditions didn’t even cause for the salt.
