We bought a new entrance door in 2021 and soon had issues with the handle loosening and chipping the paint. In 2023 Prowns came out, replaced the handle and fixed the chips, but the same issue soon returned. Since then we're still having to tighten the handle and fix paint chips around it regularly.
Prown’s recently put in a new storm door and patio doors for us. From estimate to install, they were easy to work with and really all the great things you want to see from contractors (expertise, professionalism, true to their word, on time, etc.). Would highly recommend to everyone.
I purchased my Storm Door at least 5 years ago and the handle broke - I know it wasn’t under warranty but they came out quickly and on time and fixed no problem at no charge. If anyone needs a window or door go to Prown’s
