Really happy with the prowler proof product. Even happier with the installation by Matt Adams who did an incredibly professional and expert job at installing them. We were grateful for his suggestions for changing the direction of opening for some screens and the colour of another to better suit our home. Excellent product, excellent installation. Highly recommend!
Not overly happy with the product. Paid $4500 for two sliding screen doors and one has never closed properly. One stacker door can be closed with one finger and no force, the other single sliding door always needs force. Not sure if it’s a manufacturer fault or installation issue. I’ve had the local Prowler Proof dealer back once to look at it but the problem has never been fixed. Not good enough for $4500.
