Fitted our entire house with Prowler Proof screens. Great product and even better after sales service with first class warranty. Great blokes, both Merv. and Mike who are professional, friendly and experienced in security needs for the modern day home.
We had Prowler proof screen doors installed at our previous home 15 years ago, so chose them again as we never had a problem with them. Unfortunately the quality is nowhere near as good as the others we had. The installation and the plastic material surrounding the doors are quite cheap and flimsy. Also the handles locking system flicks the lock mode just by letting go of the handle after opening the door. We were most impressed with the service we received from Prowlerproof and their local agent, Geelong Security Doors. We had a minor issue with a Prowlerproof scurity door in a home we purchased that was several years old and Prowlerproof arranged for their agent to rectify the problem at no cost. The communications and the follow-up were prompt and efficient which we found very refreshing in this day and age. A business I am happy to recommend.
