Carwash mechanism failed to sense the car. At first it was signaling to "go" (green light) and then to "back up" but never sensed how far, ran out of time going forward and reverse and all the lights turned off. I told the clerk what had happened and he told me to buy it again. Never again coming to this pos wash. I want a refund.

I’ve been to this car wash four times, twice there’s been no soap in the machine. Just a water wash.
