Bill & his team were professional, responsible and handled our kitchen and bathroom remodel flawlessly. They were easy to work with and communicated with us the entire months long renovation. We always felt like we were a priority. We primarily worked with Rich, who showed up every day and responded to my questions and messages quickly. My 3 year old still asks for him to come fix things that break around our house! You won’t go wrong using Provost for your next project.
Working with Bill Provost for my home renovation project was a great experience . We had our kitchen completely renovated as well as a bathroom and added a small first floor addition . From beginning to end Provost was professional, courteous, helpful and respectful. Bill has surrounded himself with very talented craftsmen who are excellent at their trade. Everyone works together and they all kept our needs at the forefront of the project. We just love our new home !
Really subpar intake process. They asked me for a ton of information upfront before speaking with me and I only got a short, “we’re not a good fit for this project response.” Was it the project? Budget? Something else? Really disappointing experience.
We had a backyard/patio renovation done this summer. The attention to detail and the quality of the work were outstanding. The crew, led by Matt Wilson, was professional, polite, hard working and they are very nice guys! Communication with the team was great. They were here every day and completed the job on time, as planned. We are so happy with our new patio!
