As far as therapists go, they're fairly standard for massage. The difference is they actually process medical insurance very well. Although when getting into a habit of going here with insurance, I scheduled things way in advance, where they would send me reminders the day before. As it happens they had a hiccup and i never recieved a reminder. In addition when I looked at my schedule it was recorded for a different day. I was able to book a massage at 11:00 pm for 10:00 am the next day which was very convenient. Shelbie listened to my need and targets the knots in my back which was exactly what I needed. I will be coming back!
