We came here to get passports for my three young children and I was so worried because of horror stories I've seen from reviews of other places about how difficult it is - but Provo customer service was amazing!! Everywhere else in the valley you had to schedule an appointment and they were extremely inconvenient times and very difficult to get in to, but at this location we were able to walk right in with no appointment and there wasn't even a wait. I have a complaint about the system to pay parking citations. The ticket has a QR code on it, indicating that it can be paid online the back of the ticket advertises that you can pay online. However, it doesn’t show up on a laptop or mobile device. You can ONLY pay the ticket on a desktop. This is completely backwards to me, why advertise that you can pay the fee online (and indicating that it can be paid from a mobile device i.e. QR code) when it doesn’t work.
