Bought a genetic test through their site, put in all my info, received the kit and submitted the swab. Don't hear anything back. Company that actually did the test says it was given to them as ordered by my provider, with an email address that wasn't mine. Can't get ahold of anyone at Proviva. Submit support tickets, get no response. Portal doesn't show the test I ordered. Calling them only results in an answering machine.
