I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Grey Plume. It’s a MUST if you are in the Omaha area. The food is fresh, creative, locally sourced, and always delicious. The wait staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Chef Clayton is one of the best- he is so personable and accommodating. We celebrated my birthday at his restaurant and he brought us an extra dish just to try. This is one of our favorite stops in Omaha. Please do yourself a favor and give a try!

The Grey Plume was an excellent dining experience. Celebrating a birthday. Jill was a fantastic server. Food did not disappoint. From the cheese plate to the lemon creme brûlée everything was delicious. I ordered the plum chicken which I loved, but after seeing the neighboring table getting the steelhead trout, I would've have ordered that! Excellent all around!
