Michael, the owner, came out to our house to see what we needed. He said he would write up 2 quotes that evening and email them to me. I never received the quotes. I called him 2 days later and he asked if he could call me later that day. That was a week ago. He has completely ghosted me. His company advertises, “your trusted partner”. He has not acted trustworthy to me. I cannot recommend a company whose owner is so thoughtless and rude.
I called before they opened and they answered. The man I spoke with was knowledgeable and eager to help.
