Faulty roof install. Leaks observed an unresolved. Had to hire another roofing company to repair. Repair cost not reimbursed, even after the owner Viktor said he would cover them. Someone else filed a lawsuit against them and won. Look up on Washington L&I.
Viktor and his team did a 2-layer tear off of my existing siding, and replaced it with a Hardie siding. At the time of quoting, Provision was about 15% higher than my lowest bidder, and comparable to another bid I had received. I hired Viktor with Provision Remodeling to hang new cement board siding on my home and remove the drywall infested LP siding which was failing and original to our home. We went through him for exterior paint as well, which he insisted on using Sherwin Williams for, as they are considered the best quality. Viktor and the entire Provision team did a great job with our siding / window remodel. The communication throughout the process was great and from the start we were confident in our decision to choose Provision. We made a few changes throughout the project and Viktor was always gracious and never made us feel like we were a bother.
