Dr. Phillip Rowden in the Alexandria office is very rude and unprofessional. I’m guessing from his taunts that he realized I saw another doctor and it hurt his ego. But I’m just trying to help my child and will definitely get a second opinion especially when he honestly isn’t a good doctor and does not care at all about his patients and that’s very obvious.
