I just can't say enough wonderful things about Chad and the team from ProVision. I had a small job, wanted to move my hot tub out under the trees in the yard so we needed some kind of platform. Communicator and Advocate - that's what I want in a contractor, and that's exactly what I got in Chad. He kept us well informed and updated about any changes in timing, etc. When the crew got out materials that didn't look quite right to me, I called Chad and he immediately called the crew leader and straightened it out, and then showed up on the job to make sure all was well. The Provision team recently installed artificial turf in our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier! It looks fantastic, and our whole family, including our dogs, are LOVING it! We’ve gotten so many compliments and are so happy to finally be able to use our backyard again!
