I am not one to leave bad reviews for places but I’m making an exception. My dad became a resident over a year ago when this was Provision Living. It was a very good fit for him and the staff all loved him. After Storypoint came in things started to change. It seems now that it’s all about making money and not about individualized care. Nice facility. Provide care conferences with family, foresight thermal videos in memory care studios, outside services come into the facility, and weekly live performances.

Provision WB over promises and under delivers. Med Tech was allowed to administer meds while smelling of marijuana because Provision “doesn’t have a policy against smells”. Medication errors. HIPPA violations. They refused to provide all medication records (or didn’t have them. Not entirely sure). What they did provide included confidential hospice notes for 9 different residents at Provision. Turn over is high for a reason. Residents are also leaving for a reason.

We have had a great experience so far after almost a year with our relative living at Provisions WB. The Director David F and staff have really helped situate and accommodate us with what we have needed for our relative who lives there. This has been especially helpful in coordinate touch points and FaceTime calls when we are out of town. Thank you Provisions Living!
