RecommendedMost postitive and caring staff anyone could ask for. My father was in the memory care unit and couldn't have received any better care/services anywhere. I highly recommend Traditions of Spring Hill.
We moved my mother and mother-in-law out of Sagebrook due to safety concerns. They did not allow me to go in and move them, but let movers that they did not know, roam the halls looking for boxes and pack up everything. They were suppose to pack everything and move them to a place where the movers could get to without going in and putting all in memory care and assistant living at risk. We are now missing our items and our concerns have gone unanswered. I am frustrated.

People before profits are what this company is about. There is no transparency during the pandemic. No testing of residents, Infected employees returning to work without notifying loved ones whether they have been tested negative. DOn't trust your loved ones to this irresponsible firm!!!

RecommendedA family environment for seniors with kind professionals. My mother in law has lived here since the construction crews swept the sawdust out. She has been in independent living and memory care, in healthy times and through the pandemic. She is made to feel loved by staffers from the top down. Traditions is new, well appointed, well staffed, safe, fun and busy—even in quarantine. RecommendedThey really take awesome care of my dad. He can be quite a handful! All the staff are wonderful...it’s a calling, I think. During the pandemic, they have kept us in the loop with daily updates and frequent FaceTimes. I highly recommend Traditions of Spring Hill!
