Horrible place to work and have your family memebers there . They don’t care about the residents it’s high end but they treat the residents poorly and charge extra for everything for the residents when family members eat they charge them a fee the residents pay thousands of dollars and their family members can’t even eat with them . We had my grandmother in the memory unit for about a week. They left her alone all day with no periodic checks. Didn’t give her prescribed medication, didn’t call anyone when she fell. She had fallen and broke two vertebrae and they put her back in bed in extreme pain. We then requested her medical records and got the runaround for her records for a week. Long story short, promises were made and broken.
Every time I’ve been here or even called here it’s been a phenomenal experience. Ashley the lovely front desk lady wowed me today when I called to figure out what kind of hearing aid batteries my grandpa needed, not only did she know who I was, she knew who and where my grandpa was, all before I told her! I’ve been to many living spaces for the elderly and this one by far is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience!
“Isn’t it amazing that, at this late point in my life, I can tell you that I have never been happier or enjoyed life more?” Those are the words my 79-year-old mother enthusiastically said to me about her life at Provision Living just recently. For me, that says it all. While she longed for her independence and more socialization after having lived with my husband and me for five months, she was extremely nervous about making the move to assisted living.
