You can’t ever find someone at the office during open hours / Maintenance never fix anything/ Pool it’s never open I would recommend to live here….

Updated Review: October 15, 2025 Two months later, and as expected with the ongoing pattern of neglect, the pool is now in worse condition than before. Despite being a relatively new tax credit property—where affordability should attract renters—residents are steadily moving out. In response, management is running promotions to fill vacancies, but even discounted rates aren't enough to outweigh the issues. The reputation of this property unfortunately speaks for itself. Posting For Resident Since 2021 – Pool and Amenities Unavailable for 5 Consecutive Years I’ve lived here since 2021, and for five straight years, the pool and grill area — amenities that are advertised and included in our rent — have been consistently closed or unusable. The pool has rarely been operational. Each year, it's the same pattern: broken pump, broken pipe, “waiting on the city,” or some other shifting explanation. This has been my favorite place that I've ever lived. The Ladies in the office have been so kind and accommodating. We lived here for over 4 years and I will miss it terribly. It's a beautiful and peaceful property with wonderful management. From beginning to end an all around great experience. Thank you Asset Living!
