Despite being a relatively new tax credit property—where affordability should attract renters—residents are steadily moving out. Posting For Resident Since 2021 – Pool and Amenities Unavailable for 5 Consecutive Years I’ve lived here since 2021, and for five straight years, the pool and grill area — amenities that are advertised and included in our rent — have been consistently closed or unusable. The pool has rarely been operational. Each year, it's the same pattern: broken pump, broken pipe, “waiting on the city,” or some other shifting explanation. This has been my favorite place that I've ever lived. The Ladies in the office have been so kind and accommodating. We lived here for over 4 years and I will miss it terribly. It's a beautiful and peaceful property with wonderful management. From beginning to end an all around great experience. Thank you Asset Living!
The property manager Annette is very rude and dismissive. She always talking down to the tenants. The apartment doesn't work with you if you fall on hard times. They will just tell you to call 211 for help. 211 doesn't help with rent. I lived her since 2021 all amenities has been down since 2021. Workout equipment is broken.
