This has been my favorite place that I've ever lived. The Ladies in the office have been so kind and accommodating. We lived here for over 4 years and I will miss it terribly. It's a beautiful and peaceful property with wonderful management. From beginning to end an all around great experience. Thank you Asset Living!
The property manager Annette is very rude and dismissive. She always talking down to the tenants. The apartment doesn't work with you if you fall on hard times. They will just tell you to call 211 for help. 211 doesn't help with rent. I lived her since 2021 all amenities has been down since 2021. Workout equipment is broken. Let's not get started on the pool. The pool is filthy/nasty. Since 2021the pool has been out of order. Last summer they opened it up for like a month. This is the worst place to live, DO NOT RENT HERE! No one is ever in the office, they do not service your work requests. They have a towing company that tows owners cars with a bogus claim that there was no sticker on the window. They know it’s your car and tow it anyway. The hall ways of the apartments are trashy and have crap all over the cement. DO NOT RENT HERE!
