How are people supposed to get issues fixed? The manager wants to be parked outside but doesn’t want to answer phones l. I know many apartments that have pest issues. And I had to pound on the door for five minutes no answer. I wouldn’t recommend living here
Worst MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN HISTORY! You can never get anyone by phone/email. You would have to literally set outside of the office waiting for someone to show up or hope they are actually coming in the office that day. They recently just made a portal for work orders after all this time. If nobody doesn’t answer the phone how would we even place a work order. Really love how peaceful it is here. The whole place is clean and well-kept, and it’s just a nice spot to come home to. The neighbors are friendly, and it always feels safe. If you want a chill, comfy place to live, this is it! Patriot Place: I’ve really enjoyed living at Provision at Patriot Place. Living here has been great! The office staff is super nice and always happy to help. The maintenance crew is on top of everything—quick, friendly, and they actually fix things right the first time. It’s just nice knowing the place is well taken care of. No complaints at all!
Mi experiencia fue pésima por parte de la administración ya que no contentaba las llamadas cuando tenía algún problema,se me venció el contrato y fui varias veces para renovar y nunca se encontraron en la oficina,un día me fui al otro lugar donde pensé que iban estar cuando llegué la secretaria me dijo que la manager iba llegar tardes porque vivía lejos y yo perdí de trabajar la mañana y no pude verla,por eso decidí mudarme a otro lugar,y además el apartamento cada día aparecían más cucarachas
