don’t move here. all of the apartments are infested with roaches. there is never anyone in the office, lights in my apartment are not working and there’s never anyone to come fix it. there has been new people for maintenance and they are basically all gone. my smoke alarm has had problems, pool didn’t open, and they still want to charge us $4000 or more literally just to leave before our lease is over without it affecting out credit. do not recommend AT ALL!!!
How are people supposed to get issues fixed? The manager wants to be parked outside but doesn’t want to answer phones l. I know many apartments that have pest issues. And I had to pound on the door for five minutes no answer. I wouldn’t recommend living here

Worst MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN HISTORY! You can never get anyone by phone/email. You would have to literally set outside of the office waiting for someone to show up or hope they are actually coming in the office that day. They recently just made a portal for work orders after all this time. If nobody doesn’t answer the phone how would we even place a work order. Really love how peaceful it is here. The whole place is clean and well-kept, and it’s just a nice spot to come home to. The neighbors are friendly, and it always feels safe. If you want a chill, comfy place to live, this is it! Patriot Place: I’ve really enjoyed living at Provision at Patriot Place. The staff is friendly, and maintenance always takes care of things quickly. The community is quiet and well-kept, and it’s just a great place to call home.
