A few days before my appointment I got called and told my appointment time was moved up 15 minutes, and I should arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. Look at the plastic wall at the reception desk. How could short visitors communicate clearly with the front desk staff sitting low down? Most of the staff 's speaking with some kind of accent, but they were speaking very fast, so I found it difficult to communicate. Went for a colonoscopy. Booked within a week of the referral. In at 1pm for 115pm appt, out at 4:15pm. Sore after. Positives Thorough prep paperwork provided, thorough online intake exam with questions answered Great customer service, cheerful nurses and anesthesiologist making my nervousness disappear. Went to sleep in exam room and woke up in the aftercare room like no time passed. Three nurses watching me come out of sedation. Felt safe.
