Very poor communication of procedure results.
Reception needs to be trained or replaced. They don't even acknowledge you when you arrive. If you ask them a questions it's like you are bothering them. One of them spent all her time on her phone laughing as opposed to paying attention to customers
Had a friend that had a bad experience with one of the nurses, she Pierced to far into their skin with an IV. Had no kindness towards them
Very caring. Lots of staff. Great experience (under the circumstances).
