I've been calling like almost begging for the last 2 weeks, to send the technician to check my furnish, because I have no heater in the house. It's getting called now a days. Update: Unfortunately I have to update my review same with everyone here as the after sale service has been poor and all promises have not been met. I purchased equipment from them Sept 2023 now it is Jan 2024. They were supposed to payout my rentals and I was supposed to get a rebate. So far after multiple emails where the only answer I got was I was assigned a ticket.the payout has still not happened this is going on 5 months. This company is a scam, they are not even answering our calls and it’s been a year
I would like to declare my review for PROVINCIAL. worst customer service ever. I have been running back and forth for last 6 months asking for a service technician to change the filters of my osmosis filter that I bought from provincial only 1.5 years ago. But no one cares to help. Plenty emails and calls fails with no response. I am unfortunately stuck. Will never ever recommend provincial to anyone.
