Provincial Oral Surgery is the best place to go if you have special dental things that need to get done. I had my tooth extracted yesterday by Dr Ward who is a wonderful, amazing and compassionate doctor. His team starting from the front desk to Dr Ward’s assistant who took amazing care of me and because of bad anxiety kept me calm and talked to me like I was a friend. This is my 3rd visit to the office over 6 years (I also had Dr Wagner pull a tooth and he was just as amazing). I would highly recommend Provincial Oral Surge... read more

I’ve been seeing Dr Wagner for the last year and a bit for TMJ issues. I’ve been to the clinic at least a dozen times now and every visit has been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with questions or concerns. Dr Wagner is second to none in his field and is a skilled surgeon. He did a fantastic job with my TMJ surgery and I had zero issues recovering after. Results were fantastic and provided a lot of relief. They also helped me make a new night guard and it was one of the best ones I’ve had (I had do... read more

What a joke! Went in to get my tounge snipped as I was slightly tounge tied, JUST got out of there, I felt the whole thing! They gave me freezing in the wrong spot, I felt them cutting and stitching everything! I was making sounds trying to let them know, had tears running down my face, told them before they started the numbing hadn't kicked in, and they ignored it all! I was breathing fast, the only thing they said was that I need to slow my breathing, because I was hyperventilating..I WONDER WHY!!!

UPDATE 3: A "LAWYER" has contacted me, saying if I dont remove my "false" review dr wagner is going to SUE ME! Okay! Too bad you still have zillions more saying the same thing. Instead of putting so much effort into hiring lawyers to try to control the public opinion of you, you could put that effort back into your business because based on your 3.5 stars and all of the negative feedback you have, lots of other people had the same experience I did. But I guess bullies will be bullies!!!

The receptionists badmouth patients who try to advocate for themselves even when in medical distress. My friend Chris was hated on behind his back then smeared to his referring dentist for just trying to get an appt when in tears. Dare elevating his voice when already in pain and distress, was come down on by a snarky abrasive inhospitable unreceptive ad discourteous receptionist coercing him to either book or not and making him feel he was an imposition.
