Great place but the receptionist, who are friendly, need to start doing their job properly. Between not checking patients in when we arrive, to not properly updating our information, to booking appointments on the days that doctors are not in the office.

Dr. Robert Wagner came off as very dismissive, the consultation felt very rushed, and the appointment started late.

Edit: corrected to 1 star from 2. Connie Wagner contacted me about my review and completely deflected responsibility for the unprofessionalism displayed by their office. She suggested I might be better served by post operative care elsewhere. Perhaps she is correct, as they failed to provide me with any post operative care medical supplies, or instructions. I have a voicemail from their office requesting a return to their office to pick up the post operative essentials they should have provided to me in the first place. Very... read more

Very unprofessional . Entitled. Although early, we waited over an hour with no update or explanation. When we asked about the delay, we were told we were next. 15 mins later - nothing, so we decided to rebook due to other commitments, and they wanted a rebooking fee! Rural people save all their errands and appointments to maximize trips to the city, so be aware.

As others have echoed, the reception/admin staff come across as disorganized, lacking empathy and unprofessional. They charge cancelation fees if the patient needs to reschedule yet they required me to change the time of my surgery with less than 24 hours notice. Their only explanation was "to fit the schedule", no apology offered. Meanwhile this appointment had been scheduled for 6 weeks and confirmed the previous day.
