My family & I have been attending this practice for over 20 years now. We have two regular doctors and they are brilliant. Reception are always friendly and helpful. If they're slightly impatient or a tad unpleasant it is probably because the person they are dealing with isn't listening, they're impatient or are rude to begin with. I see rude people every time I'm in. Receptionist are people too and we all have to remember we are not the only person on the planet. Patience with wait times is definitely required. Receptionist was rude to me for no reason. I literally just asked where Laverty Pathology was and got attitude in return.
I've been attending this surgery over 20 years now and can't fault any of the doctors who are all caring and do a brilliant job. Have a bit of patience if your appointment time is running late the patient before you may be alot sicker and need more attention. You are never rushed when seeing the doctor. The receptionists are always happy and helpful
this place is actually joke to see the gp the ask me to pay cash 100 to 150$ i have naver been ask to pay to see GP. no bank transfer only cash what is going on here authorities have to investigate this establishment some dogy things going on have to report this place
I actually can’t believe how bad this place is. Never had an experience this bad in my life with any medical practice. Booked an appointment and was told it was still an hour maybe 2 hours wait? Receptionist was that rude I thought this had to be a prank but it wasn’t. Not sure how they’re still in business with this kind of service
