Absolutely terrible to locate for water sample drop off.
Could not find the entrance. I called them, and they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I had an appointment. Ended up going on a 15 minute wild goose chase and no one I spoke to anywhere knew how to get here. The address in the appointment booking needs to be made infinitely more clear. I have now completely missed my appointment and am having to wait for walk-in elsewhere.
