We are very happy that we have finally received the Construction Dispatch email, which means our project should be starting construction very soon. The DA process was a long journey for us and we went through quite a lot along the way. We would especially like to thank George M. Posa (Director Sales & Marketing). I came to purchase a unit built by provincial homes when it was 95% built. I was so excited to buy a new build, which I didn't expect to be able to as a first time buyer. However, I spent 12 months of repeated calls, and emails trying to get over 300 defects fixed in my home. In the end I got about 70% fixed, but only after scheduled days off work to accommodate trades people and a great deal of stress. We had a very positive experience with Provincial Homes throughout the entire pre-construction phase and would like to share our appreciation for their wonderful team. Our design was a semi-customised home that combined the façade of the classic Woollahra design with a customised Brookfield body.
