Been trying to get respite care for our 4 year old with cerebral palsy for weeks now with this scam of a company. After a dozen calls and a dozen excuses they finally told is their "RN wasn't available to help train the worker" so they cannot help us at this time. I guess the work requested required more than the usual paid sleep and cellphone usuage. 0/10, do not recommend.
