⸻ I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this dealership. I booked my initial appointment a full month in advance specifically because I required a loaner vehicle. That appointment was cancelled due to no loaner being available. I then rebooked, only to drive all the way to the dealership for my scheduled appointment and be told again, upon arrival, that there was no loaner vehicle available.
