I own a villa in Province Park. The homeowner s association is excellent. Fees have not increased in years. All bills are paid and up to date.Neighbor watch is in place and does a great job. Very high standards are set by association, which in turn helped property values increase. Virgil Thomas

The HOA in Province Park is horrible and tyranical. Do not buy a home in Province Park unless you want every move you make dictated by the homeownvers association. I cannot wait to leave here! I spent a lot of money of potted plants because the landscaping is ugly and poorly designed. Now they are making everyone remove potted plants and flowers.
