Agents are Ok they just seem to change a lot, 3 in 2 years. The person who complains the most get their will put on everyone else. Don't believe a thing anybody will say and if they do get it writing. The maintenance guy is great,,,,,way way over priced fro what you get. stay way from the north west units they have boot camp next door late evening and way early in the morning............great salesmen but the product is not. it is all about corporate they are the problem.
