The builder used these in our custom home and we waited for the windows to be built. They still couldn’t get them in one order. Then when the had a seal fail on one of the sashes within 3 months. They replaced it with one that had smudge marks between the the glass. They then claimed it was a defect in the glass and isn’t covered according to “industry standard” (how do you get two defects to align on two pieces of glass at the same location?).
