This is my first year with ENH. My experience has been great. Its always difficult to try to save money
Very friendly customer service and good prices!
I have ENH Power as my supply company and I cannot wait for my year to be over with. Their rates are sky high, I'm locked in for a whole year, and if I want to get out of the contract, I have to pay them $100. which seems pretty unfair. The customer service is good but how often does anyone actually contact their energy supplier? They really need to lower their rates and get rid of the $100. fee for trying to shop around and get a better rate.
I must say since I had ENH power I have seen a significant drop in my electrical bill from Eversource when I changed to ENH power it was seamless and easy and I found that their staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful I would recommend them to anyone who needs a drop in their electrical cost thank you.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable people. Got a lower electrical rate that the local supplier. Easy process
