I've used ENH power for several years and find their rates reasonable and customer service excellent. I use their renewable or green energy options, currently 100% hydro, and would like to see wind and solar added to the mix.
I have not seen much of a cost drop, but then it's been a brutal summer, and our fans/AC are on a lot due to both of us (health stuff) and our pets. I know I've not seen the expected price decrease.
I have been with ENH Power for several years. And, with a simple telephone call to them, I have been able to reduce my rate to a lower rate than was initially offered. To me, that's the sign of a responsible company. They take care of their customers.
Seemless transition! Rolled away from them for 3 years due to better price options, but back this year. I reviewed my current options, chose ENH Power, filled out and submitted the form, and they did all the backend work to become my provider. I didn't have to make a call to my old provider.
