Very nice people. Been trying best to accomadate what they're looking for. I realise they are a business and need to make sure they're rentals are kept from damage and bad tenants. Just wish other people didn't make it so hard for decent quiet clean people to rent a place. Hopefully they'll reconsider!
Providential has been excellent so far with answering all my questions in a timely manor, and providing an excellent safe place to live. I have no complaints and recommend anyone to rent with them!
They won't rent to a single pregnant woman with too young kids who has been looking for a place to rent for half a year now applied to this management many times and never got a email back untill today. It's very sad how hard it is to find housing now a days
