Provident Village Creekside is a friendly and clean facility. Katherine Dyer-Wall is a pleasure to work with through the whole admissions process. The staff is pleasant and strives know the family and our loved one.
I was recently looking for a place for my mother to live. The folks at Provident Village, especially Katherine Dyer-Wall were extremely helpful and reassuring. They took the stress out of making the decision and then made my mother's transition very easy. The facility is fresh and clean, the staff is friendly, and they really strive to meet each resident’s unique needs and desires. My mother has been there more than a year now and Katherine Dyer-Wall did a great job of meeting my needs during a crisis situation a year ago.
I recently met with the team at Provident looking for a new home for my father. I had a great experience, especially with Carrie Chan, who took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. The facility is beautiful and clean. All of the staff were friendly, and, most importantly, all of the residents were happy. I would definitely recommend this place!
Provident at Creekside has been an answer to prayer for my mother and our family. Elaine and her staff do a fantastic job taking care of people and the facility is new, clean, and beautiful.
