Our agent didnt do any footwork for us. I basically had to find the vacation and had them match the price. Then, once they had our money it was all down hill from there. The agent didnt email us back in a timely manner. They also messed up our flight and didnt do anything to correct the situation. I will certainly just book with an online company next time.
